The information SABIO uses—and why.

We collect information you submit, including account email, workspace membership, audit-request details, uploaded document filenames, extracted evidence excerpts, structured scan findings, recovery outcomes, and subscription identifiers. We also retain short-lived cryptographic fingerprints of email and network identifiers to limit automated abuse; these fingerprints do not contain the original values. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

We use information to authenticate users, provide scans, maintain review history, deliver requested communications, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

The application processes uploaded contract and invoice copies to produce a result. The current scan flow does not persist the original file after processing; it stores only the evidence excerpts needed to support findings and the resulting review record. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

Current infrastructure providers include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, and Resend for email delivery.

You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the contact form on the SABIO homepage and identify the email associated with your account.
